Who are we?
I-TEG Ingenieurgesellschaft für Technische Gebäudeplanung mbH is specialised in the field of planning, consulting and construction supervision services. The main focus of activity is on highly installed buildings in the field of hospital and laboratory construction as well as sophisticated social buildings.
The company advises and supports the builder / client from the concept design to the expiry of the warranty period. It is able to handle all plant groups (1-8) and all work phases (1-9) in accordance with HOAI § 53 and § 55.
I-TEG is an independent engineering office whose staff consists of engineers from various fields of civil engineering, CAD designers and planners. The team of I-TEG consists of very experienced and young employees.
The personal references of the employees testify to the enormous experience. The headquarters of our company is located in Schwerin. In addition, there are branch offices in Berlin and Rostock.
Our planning office is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN 14675:2012 (fire alarm systems and speech alarm systems).
Our main focus is on the specialist area of technical building equipment. We are specialised in highly installed buildings. Our field of application ranges from the preparation of concepts, the technical building equipment planning of projects and the supervision of the construction work to the analysis and optimisation of the ongoing operation. We accompany a building through all its life cycles.
We have gained particular experience in projects with special buildings such as clinics, hospitals, laboratories and sophisticated social buildings. In addition, we also have extensive experience with residential and industrial buildings as well as historical buildings. We supervise projects throughout northern Germany and in the neighbouring countries.

The office was established in February 2016. The headquarters of the company is located in Schwerin. Our team very quickly proved to be committed and efficient, with a high degree of experience and a sense of responsibility. Through good and reliable work, we were able to expand our client base quickly. In the end, it was the good reputation of our employees and their professional experience that prompted our clients to assign considerable planning responsibility to a very young engineering office.
This laid the foundation for a course of growth that continues to this day and led to the opening of the above-mentioned branch offices. This growth continues to this day and the prospects for the future are also promising. We currently work with 14 engineers, technicians and designers on many hospital construction projects in Germany.
Acknowledging the experience gained, I-TEG operates with its locations very close to its clients. Our focus is on quality and planning reliability.

Our competences…
We cover the entire range of services in the field of technical building equipment. Our capabilities range from status analyses of buildings, through planning, including the development of a 3D building model, to construction supervision and the optimization of operational processes during ongoing operation. Further examples are heating systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, building core activation, silent cooling, sanitary installations, cooling and heat pump systems. I-TEG belongs to the Baucon corporate group. The members of this network complement each other’s capabilities and skills and support each other. This has a positive effect on the reliability and quality of our projects.
